Fondements du droit public (DRT6816)

This course is aimed at master’s (LL.M.) students who are writing their theses on a public law theme. The first objective of the course is to further develop students’ reflection on major themes in constitutional law, namely: (i) rights and freedoms, (ii) the relationship between constitutional law and society, (iii) judicial review of state action, and (iv) comparative constitutional law. The second objective is to allow students to undertake their reflection and research in an area of law related to their master’s theses in an interactive class setting.
